The tracing feature difficult to use, the actual service & promptness of the guy that came out to the house was excellent!! I had multiple misc text messages from random numbers regarding the service and the app itself, should be contained in app. It's impossible to rate a service provider after you cancel their service if they do not show up in the given time frame they provide. And you cannot read reviews of your service providers. Photos of completed work aren't comprehensive of property.
